Astana. June 19. KazTAG - The drivers caught cellular phone talking at the wheel three times will be deprived of their driving license for 6 months, said Kalmukhanbet Kasymov, Minister of Internal Affairs.
"The responsibility on all the types of traffic offences will be toughened. For example, the drivers caught three times talking on mobile phone at the wheel will be deprived of the driving license for 6 months," he said while discussing the draft law "On amendments into legislative acts on traffic" at the plenary session in the Majilis.
In his words, the draft law stipulates 50% reduction of fine in case it is paid at the scene or within one day.
Drivers will be subjected to administrative responsibility for stops and parking at the places for disabled people, administrative responsibility will concern violation of rules for drivers preparation, groundless registration of certificates confirming safety of transport means.
