Astana. January 30. KazTAG - Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev announced January 31 as a day of mourning for air crash casualties in Almay suburb.
"I announced mourning tomorrow (January 31-KazTAG)," he said at the session with representatives of the law enforcement bodies.
The participants of the session paid tribute to the casualties with a minute of silence.
