KazTAG - The vice prime minister, Erbol Orynbaev instructed Ministry of Health to create special commissions in regions of Kazakhstan, where citizens can file complaints about poor quality medical care. "I instruct to create the commission, up to the district level, on the basis of control committee (Ministry of Health committee on quality control of medical services - KazTAG). Engage there the local authorities, NGOs, social leaders. And on a daily basis work with the population", E. Orynbaev said at the Ministry of Health administration meeting on Friday. Vice prime minister instructed to place contacts of commissions in mass media and on Internet, so people will be able to contact and file complaints. "Create a working group under my jurisdiction, I on a monthly basis will analyze the regions and I will understand situation with satisfaction with the quality of health services in each region", E. Orynbaev said.
